Accurately and completely filling out the order form is the best way to ensure prompt and accurate orders!
Due to space limitations on some coffee cups and steins, we reserve the right to use our artistic license and experience to create an aesthetically pleasing ceramic piece.
The front of the mug is considered facing away from the drinker when the handle is held in the right hand, and the back design faces the drinker when the handle is held in the right hand.
All product prices include one logo. Additional generic rank, service branch, wings, and other insignia can be added for $2 per design (see our “Stock Decals”). Handle designs can be added to beer-steins-only for $2 each. Personalization is $2 per line per side.
Digital decals are subject to different pricing that can be seen by going to the “Digital Decals” link located in the “About Us” section of the site.
Personalization is all black. It is printed in either Old English or New Century Schoolbook Bold. Personalization is copied exactly from the order form (case and spelling). Personalization costs $2.00 per line per side.
-Important! Depending on space available and product size, personalization is placed in different spaces on different styles of mugs. Mugs will be decorated as shown in the “Products” section of this website unless otherwise specified.

Our process requires art to be a vector-based file generated by illustration software such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. For best results, we need to start with the highest quality artwork you have available.
If you do not have vector art already, we can convert it for you for $35.
If we do not have your artwork on file, we will need to set it up. All new artwork requires a $45/color screen setup charge.
Computers can be inconsistent about how they display color. So sending us a hard copy in the form of a patch, high quality color copy, or sticker with the desired colors will help us be more accurate with the colors we use to print. Send hard copies of artwork to:

After your order is submitted, an invoice will be sent to you via e-mail that includes your total cost including shipping. If you do not have e-mail, the invoice will be faxed to you.
We appreciate payments at your earliest possible convenience.

We also accept credit cards over the phone at (850) 434-2203. These credit cards include Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover.
For domestic shipments, a physical street address is required. Please no PO Boxes for domestic shipments.
When orders are made using existing artwork, they will normally be shipped within 10 days of your payment.
We offer a rush service that guarantees shipment within 3 business days of payment. The cost is 20% of the order subtotal (there is a $15 Minimum).
Orders requiring new artwork take between 6-8 weeks after payment to be shipped.
*Sometimes delays can arise if mugs have to be restocked or if decals have to be reprinted.
Domestic shipments are shipped with FedEx Ground and international shipments (including FPO/APOs) are shipped with USPS Parcel Post. Priority can be used by request (it averages twice the cost of Parcel).
Tracking numbers are available for most shipments, on request.
We do our best to ensure that our products will arrive to you undamaged, but sometimes damage does occur. In the event that our products are damaged during shipment to you, we will replace and ship damaged pieces at no charge if we are contacted within 3 days of package delivery.
If the products you get do not exactly match the order form we receive from you, we will redo the incorrect pieces and ship them at no charge. However, if the errors are on the order form we receive, you are liable for them.
